POLICY 1 — REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

1. Our Commitment

At Astraa, we stand behind every product we manufacture and sell. If something is not right, we will make it right — no runaround, no fine print.


2. Return Eligibility

You may initiate a return within 15 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date, provided:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are intact
  • You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice)
  • The item is not listed as non-returnable under Section 3 below

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items explicitly marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or tampered with after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Digital products or downloadable software
  • Gift cards and store credits

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged in transit, or is materially different from what was ordered:

  1. Contact us at michalbusiness707@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Use subject line: DEFECTIVE – [Your Order Number]
  3. Attach clear photos or a short video showing the issue
  4. We will arrange free return pickup and offer your choice of:
    • Full refund to your original payment method
    • Replacement unit (subject to stock)
    • Store credit (valid for 12 months)

This is at no cost to you and is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.


5. Change-of-Mind Returns

For returns not related to a defect or error on our part:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Item must meet all eligibility conditions in Section 2
  • Refund is processed after we receive and inspect the item
  • A 5% restocking fee may apply for high-value items (above ₹2,000)

6. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email michalbusiness707@gmail.com — Subject: RETURN – [Order Number]
  2. Include: order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)
  3. We respond within 24 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions
  4. Pack the item securely using original packaging where possible
  5. Ship to the address provided in our response
  6. Share the tracking number with us once shipped

Do not ship returns without receiving an RMA from us first. Unauthorised returns may be refused.


7. Refund Timelines

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are initiated within 3 business days.

Delays beyond this window are subject to your bank's internal processing time and are outside our control.


8. Order Cancellations

  • Cancel within 2 hours of placement for a full refund — no questions asked
  • After 2 hours, contact us immediately; if the order has not been dispatched, we will attempt to cancel
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — please follow the return process upon delivery
  • Cancellation refunds are processed within 2 business days

9. Warranty

All Astraa products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquid exposure, or unauthorised modification
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) that does not affect functionality

To make a warranty claim, email us with your order number, purchase date, and a description of the issue.


10. Consumer Rights Under Indian Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including your right to:

  • Seek compensation for defective goods or deficient services
  • File a complaint with the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission
  • Use the National Consumer Helpline (NCH): 1800-11-4000
